Overview (Información general)

Convert customer supplier prospects or leads into customers joining our community services paying an annual subscription fee. Meet monthly and annual sales targets related to conversions.

Responsibilities (Responsabilidades)

  • Making outgoing calls on a daily basis and responding to incoming calls in a timely fashion.
  • Calling through sales leads and following the cycle through to sale closure.
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at differing industry sectors
  • Hitting average daily KPIs (both in terms of calls and minutes)
  • Achieving monthly revenue targets
  • Attending monthly team meetings to discuss issues, suggestions etc…. relating to the running of the sales team.
  • Attend morning huddles at to review previous day and to set daily objectives
  • To carry out any additional duties as requested.
  • To work within a framework of corporate standards and policies.

Qualifications (Cualificaciones)

  • Previous experience is not essential but experience of telephone sales or customer service environment is desirable
  • A working knowledge of MSOffice, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of CRM
  • Accuracy and close attention to detail.
  • Articulate and able to demonstrate verbal reasoning.
  • Logical thought.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Confident and pleasant manner.
  • Flexible approach and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience of working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
  • Spanish languages knowledge a plus.
