Are you a self-motivated, enthusiastic, professional with excellent communication skills?

We are hiring a Danish-speaking Associate Customer OnBoarding (COB) Agent (inside sales duties) to work in our New Business team.

As an Associate COB Agent and key team member, you will convert customer leads into customers joining our community services, paying an annual subscription fee.

You'll be aiming to exceed monthly/annual sales targets, related to lead conversion.

Responsibilities (Responsabilidades)

  • Making outgoing calls on a daily basis and responding to incoming calls in a timely fashion
  • Calling through sales leads and following the cycle through to sale closure
  • Following up database mail shots by telephone to establish sales leads
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at differing industry sectors
  • Hitting average daily KPIs (both in terms of calls and minutes)
  • Achieving monthly revenue targets
  • Attending monthly team meetings to discuss issues, suggestions etc. relating to the running of the sales team
  • Attend morning huddles to review previous day and to set daily objectives
  • To carry out any additional duties as requested

Qualifications (Cualificaciones)

  • Fluent in Danish and English
  • Experience of telephone sales or customer service environment is desirable
  • A working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Access
  • Working knowledge of CRM (desirable)
  • Accuracy and close attention to detail
  • Articulate and able to demonstrate verbal reasoning
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good listening skills
  • Flexible approach and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience of working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
