The Sales Excellence Business Partner is responsible for translating Achilles business strategy into world-class predictable sales processes and execution to enable the organisation to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and improved customer satisfaction. In particular, the Sales Excellence lead is instrumental in driving the adoption of best practice in the management of sales performance at Achilles.
You will become a trusted business partner within the Sales Community, leading Value Based Selling training of our new Growth Products. Combining sales training with sales operations/productivity skills to ensure the sales team have the tools, training and know how to grow sales whilst ensuring Achilles can measure and monitor the capabilities and skills of the sales teams.
