As a Regional Audit Manager you will be responsible for the successful leadership of the United Kingdom and Ireland audit delivery function across the Achilles group, ensuring audits are delivered to cost and quality.

Responsibilities (Responsabilidades)

  • Developing strategies for audit delivery Managers in the UK and Ireland.
  • Implement structure to ensure that every audit is delivered to the necessary quality, time, cost and integrity expectations.
  • Support the business development teams with the necessary Technical Sales Support processes to sell audits to their existing and new schemes.
  • Take responsibility for the on-going development of management system for audits and its implementation in every audit business.
  • Responsibility for the development of the Achilles audit delivery budgets.
  • Management reporting as required to Achilles Group.

Qualifications (Cualificaciones)

  • An audit background, with experience of managing a regional audit team / audit business
  • Audit management experience
  • Working knowledge of supply chain management
  • A sound knowledge of risk management
  • Ideally Lead Assessor Certification (via examination)
  • Membership of a relevant professional institution
  • Possess high degree of literacy and ability to draft and review audit reports using pre-defined quality control process
  • Experience of implementing / applying internal codes of conduct around the delivery of audit programmes
  • Customer focused and service orientated
  • A proven leader and team player capable of delivering to high customer expectations
  • Good PC skills, including MS Office

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to shape and deliver a highly significant and strategic part of the Achilles business through a team of professionally qualified and experienced assessment / audit professionals. Flexible, with a strategic awareness that does not preclude the drive and skill sets necessary to deliver operational performance in a highly focused, quality led service environment. 


With drive, determination and resilience, the ideal candidate will be creative, dynamic and able to influence Regional Directors. The candidate will need to have a lot of drive and passion to deliver a ‘best in class’ solution.
