We have a unique opportunity for someone to join our Customer Onboarding team (Inside Sales).
**Note, we are ideally looking for someone with fluent Thai language skills**
As a Customer Onboarding Agent you will convert customer prospects or leads into customers joining our community services paying an annual subscription fee. You will need to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets related to those conversions.
Converting customers to join our Community services will include invoicing and collecting fees and managing the customer through the appropriate pre-qualification process. This includes assisting with questionnaire completion, updates, audit scheduling and administration where necessary.
This would ideally suit someone with an outbound customer service, inside sales, telephone based experience.
The successful candidate will be joining a close-knit, supportive team. Therefore, good interpersonal skills along with enthusiasm and team working are essential.
