Overview (Información general)

We are currently recruiting for an Audit Scheduler.

 

You will be working within a small and dynamic team where good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm are essential.

Responsibilities (Responsabilidades)

  • To undertake all administrative duties for the Achilles Assessment Services (AAS) Scheduling team. Daily work involves tasks and activities using a variety of databases, Excel, Outlook and Word;
  • To act as first point of contact for the AAS function and handle general, product and process specific queries from suppliers, auditors and other Achilles team members; or re-directing specific queries to other departments as appropriate;
  • Use planning tools/Excel to ensure efficient utilisation of auditor resource;
  • Contacting suppliers in advance of their audit expiry date in order to book in renewal audits before audit expiry;
  • Supporting suppliers’ pre-audit preparation through monthly webinars and ad-hoc queries;
  • Meeting SLAs in relation to the scheduling process to ensure a first rate customer service is maintained at all times;
  • Completing ad-hoc reports to support the AAS function.

Qualifications (Cualificaciones)

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills enabling the candidate to sell a service or message
  • Articulate and able to demonstrate verbal reasoning
  • Numerate and literate
  • Good listening skills & logical thought
  • Confident and outgoing manner when speaking to customers
  • Flexible approach and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience of working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment

Person Specification

You will be working within a dynamic team and good interpersonal skills along with enthusiasm are essential. There will be scope to work on your own and with initiative, but team playing is more important. A good professional telephone manner is imperative together with the ability to persuade, influence and negotiate.

 

The work involves accuracy and close attention to detail, requiring good technical and organisational skills. It will be important for you to demonstrate sound time management and planning whilst remaining flexible in approach. Working to deadlines is important as the environment can be pressurised at times.
